Are we allowed to submit fan art in the Art portal? Like MGS n'stuff? Cuz I got my "ability to scout people" taken away (whatever that means) and I don't understand why. I was thinking maybe it's b/c I submitted an image of mario and luigi? Is that considered copyright infringement for the NG art portal? If anyone can answer me this, please do so asap so I don't get banned or something.

No...unfortinately..i think i spelled that wrong...anywho...ya, u cant post fan art there, they said i couldnt in a polite way of saying, no u dumbass so...ya, you cannot, which i think is stupid cuz its still technically "your" artwork.
I think it's because of a change in the art portal.

That's been happening to a lot of other artists. I don't really get why I mean there doesn't seem to be anything wrong with making fan art.
But artists usually have some art removed and they don't get any reason why. I guess it may be a bit too late for the answer but I guess the only way to find out is either ask the admins/mods "wtf is going on here?".
